Bake at Home
Bake at Home products are shipped differently according to the region. They require cold storage shipping processes and must be purchased separately from merch. Due to these limitations, we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted, however please contact us if there are shipping/quality issues.
Next Day Air: Idaho, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington
2-Day Air: Wyoming, Utah, Texas, New Mexico, Montana, Colorado, Arizona, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Vermont
Ground: All other states not mentioned previously (or Alaska/Hawaii)
Merchandise
We produce merchandise through a third-party fulfillment partner. Because items are printed as they are ordered, we are not able to accept returns due to ordering the wrong size or color. Additionally, returns are not accepted if you entered the wrong shipping address. Items can be shipped through USPS to the United States. We can also ship to Canadian provinces as well. Once an order has been placed, we can’t guarantee we will be able to cancel it. If a product is defective (such as a hole in the product, a printing error on the image, etc) returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of the sale.
Stock
We will notify you via email that an item in one of your orders is out of stock. 99.44% of our orders are completed without any stock issues. However, due to our partner’s dynamic and fast-moving inventory, we do experience stock issues from time to time. There are usually comparable substitute items for most of our products (i.e., other garment brands). We will contact you for a suitable replacement. If you do decide to substitute the item, we can print out your design onto the new item and ship it out, no problem!
If there is not a suitable replacement item, or if you just don’t want to substitute, we can cancel the order the order for you. Unfortunately, we do not do back orders.
